APPETIZERS: Fried plantains
plantains oil salt
The recipe:
1. Cut the plantains into small pieces. 2. Cook the pieces in oil. 3. Take the pieces out of the oil.4. Flatten them with a glass. 5. Fry the plantains again. 6. Take them out and sprinkle them with salt.
